Dropkick Murphys are a progressive American Celtic punk band originall formed in Quincy, Massachusetts in 1996. They started playing together in the basement of a friend\’s barbershop, they thought it would be cool to blend traditional folk rock and punk rock, this is now known as Celtic punk.
