The Borgata in Atlantic City set a new standard for any new Casino to be built in Atlantic City. They have honestly cut no corners and gone with no shortage of high end decor. So why would any reason they stop when making their buffet.
The dining are is very nice - it can accommodate a large amount of guests but with the layout give a sense of privacy for everyone who is dining - unlike some other buffets which we have been to where it feels like you are high school students in a cafeteria.
The food selection is great - if you just want to eat finger foods they are available - if you want a fish and pasta dish it is there & a chef is waiting to cut you a nice piece of roast beef when asked.
The desert station is to die for. With a collection of different sorbet flavors & hand made pastries. My personal favorite being the selection of blueberry tarts.

Mon & Sat: 12pm - 4:00pm
Tues - Fri: 11:30am - 4:00pm
Dinner: $28.95
Mon -Thurs: 4:30pm - 9pm
Fri: 4:30pm - 10pm
Sat: 4:30pm - 10pm
Sun: 3:15pm - 9pm
Might seem a little bit expensive at first, but when you sit down and realize the attention that the food has received as well as the attention that your servers give to make your meal an enjoyable one - it is well worth it.
